Just a quick little post. At 5:00 A.M. Tuesday morning, I went back to where it all began. I did
Day 1 of the Sold Gold 5 Day Workout. I enjoyed doing the workout, just as I had when I did it thirty years ago, and found it challenging, especially the abdominal exercises. The trip down memory lane was wonderful and inspirational. I also did twenty repetitions of each exercise on the band resistance bench. Really felt so good to have exercised.
